ChallengesTravel + Leisure Co. (T+L) has Workday as their core HR system. The company has now chosen to implement replacement systems for timekeeping, scheduling and payroll, all of which need to integrate with Workday and other business applications. This presented a challenge for T+L's internal integration team.

Problems solved
- T+L going forward strategy is to leverage API integrations versus flat file integrations where possible and decided to leverage TCC's expertise with Workday, UKG, and their existing smart connectors, as well as TCC's integration platform as an open IPaaS with training and support.
- This migration involved shifting to API-to-API integration, offering improved agility (increased frequency of execution), synchronicity (comparison of data between systems to track changes), and improved security (mitigating security issues associated with flat files).
- Additionally, T+L now has the capability to develop integrations on the TCC IPaaS independently after completing a training program, making them self-sufficient.
